Ferenc Bokor
Ferenc Bokor has started business training and consulting activities in 1993, with one of the first business consulting centres established in Romania, founded and financed by the British Know How Fund - Business Foundation Mures.
He has a wide experience in the area of SME development in Romania. He worked in many projects that provided business consultancy services to entrepreneurs, prepared business plans and documentation to obtain financing, counselling a significant number of entrepreneurs and consultants, members of consultancy centres, and contributed to launching of new financing schemes for SME.
Ferenc is an independent expert, who worked as a national consultant in projects funded by UNDP, World Bank, USAID and EU that supported the development of the SME sector.
During the last years, he was the team leader of the British consultancy company- Enterprise plc consultants- that participated in implementation of the project „Enterprise support and workspace centre management”, located in the mining areas of the northern part of Romania. He mentored many consultancy companies in business development support services project.
Ferenc Bokor is an engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Durham University, United Kingdom.
Cristina Cojocaru
Cristina Cojocaru is a Senior Consultant specializing in SME project finance and development. Ms. Cojocaru has fourteen years of experience in training SMEs and financial institutions on the design, monitoring and evaluation of new financial services in Romania. She has worked with a wide range of multilateral organizations, national development organizations, and private banks, in particular with PHARE, World Bank, UNDP, Dutch Government, Enterprise Business Solution 2000 Ltd., Raiffeisen Bank SA, and Banca Turco Romana. Ms. Cojocaru holds a License and Master’s degree in Service Economy from the Economic Studies Academy of Bucharest.
She is certified in management of SMEs from Andersson Elffers Felix bv - Utrecht Netherlands, in project management from CNFPA, and in consultancy, marketing and business plans, financial and cost management from the GOPA Company.
Maria Doiciu
Maria Doiciu has over 15 years of management and consulting experience with a focus on access to financial sources for small and medium businesses. As an independent consultant she assisted many private clients to successfully raise funds for their development – both from commercial sources and from various donor-funded schemes. She worked with various International organizations to implement projects aimed to create an enabling environment for small business development and improve SMEs access to financial services in Eastern European and Central Asian countries. Maria leads projects on research for business development, performance assessment for microfinance institutions and training initiatives.
She is currently an Industrial Partner with Global Finance Bucharest Representative Office, a venture investment company with operations in the SEE region.
Maria holds a Masters degree in engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and a Masters of Business Administration from Durham University, United Kingdom.
Atena Duicu
Atena Duicu has 12 years of training and consulting experience in the area of business development. She has worked for UNDP, UNIDO and other donor organizations in Romania, and also in Eastern European, Central Asian, and Caspian countries.
She possesses key qualifications in the following areas: Development of small and medium-sized enterprises & micro – finance, Regional development, Project Management and evaluation.
As a trainer she has prepared and delivered business training courses for SMEs and SME experts across Romania and in other countries (Bulgaria, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan) – over 300 days of training. She was also a trainer, coach and manual developer for over 100 experts from Romanian Ministries, within a Phare project for Project Cycle Mangement.
During the last 2 years Ms. Duicu has been the Training Coordinator of the Business Development Support Services project funded by EU and Romanian Government.
Ms. Duicu holds an University degree from the Academy for Economic Studies of Bucharest.
Mihaela Luca
Mihaela Luca has relevant education doubled by over ten years of expertize in areas related to agriculture and rural development. She gained a thorough expertize in these areas as a research assistant with the Agricultural Economics Institute, of the Romanian Academy involved in various studies related to the integration of Romanian Agriculture into the EU, then as an Advisor of ther SAPARD Agency in charge with elaboration of procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of the Sapard Programme.
Since 2003, Mihaela Luca was the Task Manager for Rural Development and Fishery of the Delegation of the European Commission in Romania. In this capacity she gained an unique experience in programme design, monitoring and evaluation with focus on agriculture and rural development areas. She is also thoroughly familiar with the policy, legislative, procedural and institutional developments in the rural development area related to Romania’s preparation for aceession to EU. She was in permanent contact with the relevant Services of the Europeran Commission (DG Enlargement, DG AGRI, DG Fisheries etc.) as well as with the relevant Romanian Government institutions in charge with management of European programmes for rural development.
Mihaela Luca holds an University degree from the Agricultural and Food Industry Economics Faculty of the Academy of Economics Study, Bucharest, and a Master Diploma in “Project Management” of the Academy of Economics Study, Bucharest.
Despina Pascal
Despina Pascal currently works as a consultant with Axa International Consulting Ltd. Her fields of expertise include institutional building & organizational development, training and consulting on SMEs, NGO management, policy research on private sector development and gender issues.
Despina is a very experienced trainer working since 1992 as a trainer and training developer in various projects for institutional development and HR development, funded by a variety of International donors. She worked in numerous training projects in Romania , undertaking training needs analysis, elaborating training curricula and manuals and delivering training sessions to SMEs, experts, Government and non-government staff and managers. Her area covers among others:Management skills and competencies, Client portfolio management, HR management, Corporate culture, CSR, Team management, Time management Communication, etc.
