• CDC has organized the IBM program in Timisoara jointly with CEED Romania. The IBM volunteers were selected among a database of over 5000 candidates that subscribed from the IBM corporation staff worldwide. The 9 IBMers involved in the program here in Timisoara by choice took Romania as a destination. They are dedicated and highly skilled professionals and CEED did a great job to match their skills with the particular needs of each local company or NGO that was included in this program. • In Timisoara the future is starting now. Timisoara can become a regional player after Romania’s EU accession, which brings both challenges and opportunities for market share. Thanks to CDC and CEED Romania for their excellent support in carefully selecting and establishing contacts with our local clients. We feel we are welcome here. • I welcome the initiative to launch the IBM CSR Programme in Timisoara and I am glad that Pasmatex is part of it.
